Returns and Exchanges
TATI & BANANA really wants you to be satisfied with your purchases with our 14 days refund and exchange policy.
Returns
It must be returned within 14 days of receipt of your goods. This includes return transit time.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and have all original tags attached.
The returns package remains your responsibility until the products are received.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
All exchanges can be made up to the original value of the goods purchased.
We will try our best to serve and replace your item. However there may be a time when your preferred product may not be in stock. In this instance TATI & BANANA reserves the right to issue a refund to the value of the original product value.
We are happy to offer size exchange service please email me at.... Please note that shipping to return the product back to us and the exchanged product to you will be at the customers expense. Alternatively, we will be happy to arrange an in-person exchange if we currently have a pop up event on.
Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product to: Room 1902-4, Westlands Center, 20 Westlands Road, Quarry Bay, H.K.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
