Amo Makaria created their very first piece of clothing 12 years ago. The designer, Nierica found inspiration from her newborn baby named Azul, she wanted to make something unique, authentic, lively, and colorful. This is how everything started.

The name of the brand "Makaria" represents the strength of Mexican folklore, it also has a personal meaning for the designer.

Makaria is always searching for colorful and high-quality fabric to bring all the creative ideas from Nierica to life.
